Paratha production line

Besides, Juheng's factory has special machines that produce huge quantities of the flatbreads for sale to mass customers. It begins when they prepare the dough. They get all the ingredients together, like flour, water and spices. Then, they mix everything together in a giant machine that kneads it all until the dough is smooth and elastic, like playdough.

Once your dough is prepared comes the slicing it into bits, along with Juheng's product Línea automática de producción de pan plano. The employees operate a machine known as a dough divider that methodically cuts the dough into equal-size portions. This means we will get all the paratha same size/weight, which is very essential. Then the lumps of dough are squashed and rolled out to the same thickness, in order for them to cook evenly.

How parathas are made in bulk?

After its flattened, the dough goes on a moving belt called a conveyor belt, also the filming and pressing machine built by Juheng. The first of the machine on the belt drizzles a bit of oil atop the dough, adding to the flavor. Then another machine dusts some flour on the dough to prevent it from sticking. Then the dough is folded into a triangle and the edges are crimped shut so the deliciousness stays inside.

When the parathas are sealed, they go through one more machine. This one has rollers that press the parathas into their final, perfected shape. When they are just so, the parathas are sent along a conveyor belt to a giant oven. This oven is crucial, as it cooks the parathas until hot and crispy and ready to eat. Freshly baked, coming straight from the oven, they smell delicious, they look so good.
