Our Pita Bread Recipe

Our Juheng pita bread recipe rescued from our family tradition and family secret for very long time and we are very much proud of it. (The dough is made by mixing flour, yeast, salt and water together.) No need to look further, that simple blend shall do. We rub on all the ingredients before letting the dough rest and rise for a couple of hours. This step is critical because it will make the dough light and fluffy. When the dough has risen, we gently divide it into small balls. Then, we hand roll each ball into the perfect circle, perfect for baking.
