Borek is a delicious pastry that has been enjoyed for generations throughout Middle Eastern and Mediterranean countries. We are incredibly proud of how we prepare Borek at Juheng, and today would like to show you our process. There are specific machines that will do the job for us, making these amazing goodies with only natural quality ingredients. 

Two components of the borek to be made: The dough, outer part makes such a crust. The dough is of course made with 4 simple ingredients flour, water, salt and oil. The dough is thinly rolled out in the first place. From there, we'll cut it into squares or triangles what we use for our Borek. Then we get the filling that goes inside. At Juheng we offer you with different taste of fillings which are tasty and nice to eat. A few of our most well-liked fillings are cheese and spinach, potato and onion or ground meat.

We work in a good system and do an excellent job together to ensure everything runs perfectly.
