Today we are visiting a family run bakery that has been serving the community for over 30 years. That means they’ve been doing this for quite a while, so they know all the best ways to do it! The dough soon travels to the hot baking oven, once it has been flattened and has holes in it. The very hot oven is in excess of 400C!
